They have barrels online but i called specifically about a short barrel and he has allot of them available and gives forum members a 1st purchase discount.Comment

I still have a 11.5" barrel and PF bcg from the original Lilja SBR group buy in the back of my safe. Shoot me an email.
I also have a build, built by Precision Firearms for competition shooting around a 24" Lilja bull barrel sitting in my safe. I haven't shot it in a few years, so I'm toying with the idea of selling it to help fund an NVG purchase. I have 16" Lilja HBAR profile barrel and matching bolt with about 200 rounds through it if you are interested. Sounds like it might be in between what you are looking for, but thought I would post just in case. If you're interested, let me know and I'll post more details.Comment
