This is a new, never fired, never left the house M4E1 Threaded 14.5" 5.56 Mid-Length Complete Upper Receiver w/ ATLAS R-ONE M-Lock Handguard (black). The muzzle device is not pinned or welded. I bought this for a project and ended up going a different direction. No BCG or Charging Handle. It did not come with those from a aero.
