The action has a floating Head and You Can Swap Bolt Heads and Barrel and Have a Second Gun

2) What barrel contour? #3 or heavier?
3) Barrel twist rate?
4) Approximately how many rounds down the barrel?
5) Is that a 20 MOA base?
