I don't know anything about this guy but I took a chance and ordered the stripped nickel boron bolt carrier with staked gas key for $57. I thought that it would work well with this bolt. I actually ordered one of his stripped uppers in the raw as it's a Cerro forging too. He seems to have pretty good prices for the parts to build your own.

Yes, will have gas rings. I'm sure the laser markings photo, that didn't have gas rings, was done on a scrap bolt just for the approval.
