If you haven't bought a barrel yet, be aware that sometimes the bolt and barrel can be purchased together as a matched set.
Last week I ordered a complete upper and appreciate that the maker has assembled everything, checked the headspace and even fired a couple of test rounds."In any war, political or battlefield; truth is the first casualty."

You need a Carbide drill bit for hardened steel. It will be hard to tap too.
I've wondered if it was worth drilling and tapping a standard BCG to work with a side-charge receiver. Probably not, since Bear Creek sells them pretty cheap."In any war, political or battlefield; truth is the first casualty."
