Here is a link to one build. Looks like about six of these have been sold. Normally if there is an issue there are guestions in the trouble shooting section. Not sure how many builds are complete but the 18”, 20” and 12” Green Mountain GB barrels have been very positive.

Here is another thread where a forum member used a 16” GB barrel and had an issue. He really didn’t disclose if he figured out his issue or just gave up. It looked like the build was under gassed which could’ve been the result of gas leakage around the carrier, bad gas block or over sprung. These are the only two threads to my knowledge on the GM group buy 16” barrels.

Initial post talks about nitriding. I have a 12 inch version. It appears to be nitrided as much as I can determine by eyeball inspection.
