These roll into themselves in one of the sleeves, so it's very easy to pack them up and stow them for carry.

It fits over most. It's a large hood with spacious short sleeves that all can be adjusted and cinched down with shock cord and barrelocks.

The hood can fit over a helmet, and the sleeves will fit over load bearing equipment, armor, cold weather clothing, and hunting gear if needed.

There is no back other than the yoke, which the hood and sleeves are sewn to, for the purpose of wearing over your kit. It doesn't interfere with vests or day packs as a result.
