These things are nasty. If they're suppressors were better I'd have one of these on all of my uppers. I intend to go with a AAC suppressor eventually, so I'll be sticking with the blackout from here on.

No crush washer or wrench needed. Just put it on hand tight and firing your rifle will tighten it sufficently.

Does the flash hider affect accuracy in any way?

None that I've ever seen or heard off. If you're talking compared to a muzzle brake, you'll experience more muzzle rise. With proper technique it doesn't make a difference with accuracy. Hopefully someone with much more experience than me will give an answer.
