FH221219 code apparently applies only to shipping when powder is ordered, not Hazmat. Natchez only ships FedEx which is TOTALY unreliable. I refuse to make an order where FedEx is the shipper.

Worked for hazmat for me. Have to spend $99, then $19.99 hazmat is subtracted. Still have shipping costs though which was FedEx and seemed a little high to me ($18.99).

I feel your pain with Fedex but UPS & the Post Office both suck at times too - the USPS more than UPS. What can we do? We're stuck with one of them whenever we buy something online. Amazon isn't much better & don't know about DHL - no experience with them yet.
