    ARC Precision Annealer

This induction annealer has been out since Feb or Mar 2025 but I just now saw it in stock at Blue Collar. It is actually being imported by ADG. It has the ADG branding on the case. I think it is made in South Africa and imported by ADG from there.

This annealer uses temp sensors to stop at whatever temp the user chooses in the screen interface. No flames or fire or time based.
It also comes with an autofeeder that mounts on the top of the machine or you can feed the cases by hand without the feeder mounted.

Here is a new video showing the operation of the machine and the autofeeder and how the autofeeder is assembled.

Here is a video explaining how to adjust the height and heat settings.

Here is UTube page that has all of the videos explaining how it works:

I forgot to add this detail.
All temperatures in the program on the annealer are in Celsius degrees. They have to be converted by the user if they want to use Fahrenheit.

The saved setting in the memory for 6.5 Grendel is 806 height-325C Temperature-#2 Sensor. This setting when measured from the base using my calipers puts me right at the neck shoulder junction or 32.24mm(806x.04mm=32.24mm)from the case base. If I anneal it at this setting it does not go down past the bottom of the shoulder so I changed it to 350C(662F) at Sensor #3 and that puts the anneal about an 1/8" down the side of the case body. I also tried 350C at Sensor #4 and it puts the anneal about 1/4" down the side of the case body. Sensor #3 is my favorite.

One other thing is when you get done annealing a case it will show the temps at all of the 5 sensor locations on the program screen.

I use this free program to convert from Celsius to Fahrenheit degrees (and other conversions) and it is for Windows and Linux using Wine:

Convert is a free and easy to use unit conversion program that will convert many of the most popular units.
