Hello Gang, and Merry Christmas.

I just picked up a custom AR 6.5mm Grendel.
I plan on shooting Hornady Match ammo with it this winter, then when spring hits, I will get some Redding dies and start playing with some long range precision shooting loads.
I shoot Bullseye with my pistols, and have always used rifles for precision shooting.
I reload for all of my firearms.

I plan on learning much from you fine folks since this is my first 6.5mm Grendel. No reason to reinvent the wheel.

Should be fun.

I live just north of Forest Lake, but was raised, went to school, and lived in Ely most of my life. Retired from Mintac taconite mine as a Heavy Equipment Operator.

Not bad where I live, and I'm still in the woods, but would move back home to Ely in a heartbeat.
No jobs there, however.

Lots of family and friends still there. I am up all of the time. Figure on doing some trout fishing if the lakes ever freeze up.

Come spring, i look to get some Redding dies from Midway. $100.00 but worth it for the type of shooting that I plan on doing.
