New to site Columbus OH

Hi everyone, I've been building ARs for a while and own only one 65 AR but have been kicking around building another. I'm hoping to learn what others experience has been with 14.5" brl 65s. I have an 18" now. I'm generally of the mindset of going as short and light weight as possible while still being able to accomplish the set goals. So the 14.5" would be a HD gun / and for general use. I have a couple .300 BOs and while I like the concept a lot- it really isn't the " do all" cartridge the 65 seems to be.
I have all the reloading equipment to get started, but I haven't started yet and am keen to learn from the fine folks here!
