Hi folks,
I am a new member from Colorado. I am looking to do my first build of a Grendel. I don't have any of the upper parts as of yet, just the lower. Looks like a great site for info. Thanks for adding me. I'm a reloader so I'm looking forward to working up loads soon.

Welcome Jim. It nice to have another Coloradan, I am north of you in Erie. I shoot out at CRC, one of the few places that has 1000yd target system. With the election you might want to speed up getting parts. Good luck with your build.

Hi IceAxe, Thanks for the welcome. I just usually shoot at Cheyenne Mountain Shooting Complex. Not very long range there,but it's easy to get to. I have some friends that shoot longer distance out at Ben Lomond, I may have to give that a try. No membership at Frontier.

No they are not going to be done with that for at least another year

Hi Jim. I'm wondering if you can answer a question for me? Ohio has just recently passed medical marijuana law. It's going to take us a couple years to get up and running with it ore importantly I'm curious how it will impact the Fed laws of buying a gun. On the ATF form 4743 it asks if your addicted to marijuana etc..? What happens if you've got a MM card and the ATF sees it on a background check? See where I'm going? I heard from a guy in Michigan that said you can't buy a firearm if you have a medical marijuana card. .
If you could find out how Colorado I dealing with his question I'd be greatedul. Thanks!
