Yes you are correct, we have to request a “Sound Moderator” as a separate item on our licences, but fortunately they are granted quite freely with very little fuss.

Wish the moderators were that way here. Buck, a member from the UK used a Custom CZ rebarreled to Grendel before it was offered in factory guise. He and I have virtual twin rifles. With my 22 inch barrel I can reach your stated goals for MV and energy with 130gr bullets and think can with 123gr bullets, didn't run the numbers on those. Welcome to the Horde
