What a fantastic round! This spring I took the rifle out to BangSteel in Wytheville VA, that was so much fun!
I ran out of MOA in my scope with the way the MOA base was mounted, but I was able to tag the 1000 and 1100 targets a few times.
I was all over the 900 yard plate. With my last 4 shots, 4 for 4 at that range. 31 MOA for me! Out of the box factory Hornady Amax and SST ammo--shot the same.
After the class, I was inspired to make a window sticker for my pickup :-) 6.5 Grendel All the way!
Looking forward to hunting season and getting a distance shot.
