Guys:
Can't wait for the alcohol companies and dope growers / sellers to get sued for drunk or stoned drivers and the automotive companies to get sued because they sold sports cars that are only designed to go fifty MPH over any speed limit. Am sure there are a few others too. Even the Bernie Sanders voted against suing firearms manufacturers because he believed it was a 'slippery slope' if I recall his exact words correctly. I was gobsmacked to hear that out of him.
Anyway, I doubt the SCOTUS could justify telling someone they couldn't sue. However, it doesn't mean the law in place today is null. So, these folks will sue and lose. Sure, it will cost the gun companies a bunch of money and we will pay for it. But, it will get to court and they will lose because of the current laws.

Guys:
You are straying from the topic again and the four bills were defeated so I am not sure if there is anything else about those four defeated bills that need to be covered. However, just in case someone comes up with something new, we will keep it open for a while longer.
That said, I opened a new thread where you can post all the pro gun stats and commentaries you want. You can preach to us all you want on that thread but keep it civil please!

"The truth of the matter is, the bills they wanted were defeated in subcommittee, bipartisan votes. Senator Collins' compromise today defeated. Bipartisan vote. They're not happy they did not get their way." --- Congresswoman Marsha Blackburn (http://insider.foxnews.com/2016/06/2...rrorist-attack).
