SC Limits EPA (Fed agency from law making)

Last Thursday SCOTUS limited the EPAs ability to set standards (create regulations) stating it was not in their domain, but that of Congress.

This has fascinating repercussions for the ATF.

I don't know if this was brought up here but it sure is intriguing and has the potential to kneecap lots of ATF transgressions.

And beyond. I've asked the Armed Attorneys (on Youtube) to consider doing a video on this very subject.

Did government credibility die of Covid or with Covid?

      Cool.

One of the podcasts I listen to is "This Week in Guns". One of them is an attorney and a new podcast dropped, I'll check it out later.

Maybe using this logic is the way to throw out their new "definitions".

I've met the WV attorney general that brought the suit. I'd rather he had become WV senator in 2016 but he's been a great AG and victories like this might pay off more in the long run.
