    Chevron Doctrine case

This case is about federal agencies just making up regulations without any oversight. This could affect the ATF from just making up laws as they wish.

Here is the article from the American Thinker site.

The entire fabric of the leftist-marxist government doctrine is based upon having "technical experts" of the State rule and reign over every aspect of your life. That is a thinly-veiled version of oligarchy/dictatorship, b/c of course the King and his family (ala hunter) are exempt from all those pesky laws.
Remember that when Marx called for a "dictatorship of the proletariat", folks thought he meant a government run by the prol's, but in reality he meant dictatorship OVER the prols, ie, the people. Which is exactly what happened in Soviet Russia. And they want to use these "technocrats" of federal agencies who always know best, to rule over "the serfs" here in the US, over every aspect, all the time. And "rights"? Hah!! just "privileges" given you by the govt, who giveth and taketh away. Elitist-leftist doctrine.
