    I guess we will have to ask the prez what part of the first amendment is useable now like he want's to do with the second. In any case those pictures were funny.

      Actually it says permission is denied in an ad that purports to imply an endorsement by the President. Jokes with public pictures of public figures are obviously fair play as the Court has roundly said.
