Illinois becomes last state in nation to allow concealed-carry

Well, it looks as if the Illinois legislature had the stones to override Gov. Quinn's veto, thereby clearing the way for conceal carry in the Land o' Lincoln.

A real tragedy that it took so long, considering how many have been helplessly murdered like chickens locked in a henhouse full of foxes.

"Allow" is a very loose term. Maryland "allows" conceal carry, but an average Joe CANNOT get one.
