Retired teacher facing 10 years in prison for possession of a 1700s flintlock pistol

Guess this is the sensible gun control legislation they had in mind. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/arti...ffic-stop.html

A nice walk in the woods helps me relax and relieves tension....

The fact I'm dragging a shovel and a body should be irrelevant...

1st off---- I feel really sorry for that guy, and I think the Jersey law (and the Sheriff) are beyond stupid. I'd gleefully attempt jury nullification if I were on the jury.

Now, with that being said---- I do wonder one thing about the story. The guy is a retired teacher in Jersey. I wonder if he voted for the folks that forged the chains he's being choked with? If so, I wonder if he'll actually learn from the mistake?

My apologies in advance--- if he's a pro-gunner who voted against the Jersey socialists.
