Any Interest in Forged Lowers Group Purchase?

I am offering a group purchase for Grendel Forum members and anyone else that wants to get involved in our NEW Forged lowers. They are machined by us in-house. They have a VERY Black Milspec Hardcoat.

These have tension screw built in.

Caliber can be chosen. Multi, 223/5.56, 6.5 Grendel, 300 AAC and with hesitation 6.8 SPC

For Grendel Forum Members if you guys can get together a order for 50 Units regardless of Caliber markings, the price will be $65 each. Normally they will be $90 each.

Also available are Hand Match Sets. $190 to get Upper and matching Lower. Hand Picked for fit. Anodizing will match also.

Send your order by email at pf15@pf15.com. Include name, Quantity and state Lower or Matched set, Caliber Markings.

Lead time to shipping - depends on how fast the order come in, after close of group buy, 3-4 weeks. 1-2 weeks for machining, and 1-2 weeks for anodizing.

Is it safe to assume if we were to get one of the matched pair sets that we could forgo to upper squaring/lapping process?

Is $190/matched set, is that the everyday price or group buy price?

The regular price for matched sets is $220. These are not Billet sets. They are forged. They are made the best we can with forgings. If you want perfect fit, square and tightness, then our billet sets are available at $425 per set.

The Group Purchase discount is mainly for Lowers. We are just offering the matched sets as an option.

I'd be down for a 6.5 Grendel marked lower. What are the chances of funneling the mag well a bit?

Been a fan of the Grendel from the very beginning and haven't second guessed that choice one time.

We will be funneling the Magwell as much as we can on all future runs, including this one.

For my first build, I think a matched set of forged at $190 will be a good first step. Emailed Precision an order for one 6.5 set, now I'm wondering if it should have been for two.

Alright! I have emailed order for:

                      2 Matched sets

                      1 Lower

In order, not drag this out too long lets have these orders by 10th of Jan. We will start processing as soon as we hit 50. Even if that is next week.

Payment will be due when we start machining. There will be very little delay.

Those order two or more will get consecutive numbers.

If I'm not mistaken, aren't they legal again? Check with Mark as he deals with a lot of MD`ers.

Yes MD State Police have issued an OK letter stating Lowers can be sold or transferred in MD for building "legal" HBar Rifles and Pistols.
