Springfield Taget Range officer vs SA loaded both in stainless

I know this is Grendel tech but didn't know where else to put it.

Loaded seems to have some cons like being built in Brazil, Non standard guide rod, and not quite as well fitted as the Range Officers guns that are fitted in ILL.
I can get the loaded stainless with 5 mags, range bag , holster and other goodies for around $775ish. Digging around it seems the Loaded versions are pretty much Imbels with 2 pc barrel and SA warranty.
The Range officer Target on the other has adjustable sights and the same barrel as their top end pistols for $850ish without the extra mags ,etc.

For your average paper puncher is the RO worth it? Thanks for your input
