My apologies for upsetting you in the scope thread.
Not my intention to belittle any particular country or anyone. I was trying to suggest to those newer members than their beliefs (while perfectly valid) might cost them quality. Probably also the vestige of our discussion in 2A earlier, which I no longer visit.
While I don't and won't always agree with you I value your contributions and respect your point of view. I am always interested in what you have to say about things).
