Looks like an $80 bolt to me. Probably last the lifetime of the gun if you don't blow it up with hot rounds.
The staking looks a bit lame and there's two things you can do about that;
[INDENT]1. Buy a Brownells staking jig ($70).
2. Use glue.[/INDENT]
I wouldn't go smacking around on that hardened steel with a hammer and punch. If you go the staking tool you'll want to build a few carriers to justify the cost. You can also be certain the key has a gasket seal. Internet chat is that not many manufacturers take the trouble to seal their keys.
A stripped carrier is $63 on Brownells.
The Key is $16
The two screws are $6.
+ some gasket glue.
So you end up assembling DPMS-type carriers for $85 each.
The other way to keep those screws from coming loose is to torque-up the bolts to 56inlbs and use strong thread locker. Youngs don't stake their carrier-key-screws and use Permatex27010 gel as a gasket seal and thread locker.
