No doubt it is efficient, I killed my furthest deer kill at 400 yds with a 6BR, 105 @ 2850 mv.......only went 25 yds after a double lung hit, golf ball size exit. The Grendel, if not mistaken about matches it at 400 yds in energy. I like the 120-123s in the Grendel and the 100 Barnes is a contender at ranges that ensure expansion. I see the G as a great AR and also handgun round, very efficient in say a TC. Some may recall, J.D. Jones killing a lot of game with a 6.5 JDJ using 120 BTs around 2500 mv, to around 250 yds, perhaps further, on game including African plains game. Yes, shot placement is always paramount and the light report and recoil makes for great shooting, as well as longer range sessions to learn one's gear, and gain confidence.
