I've had both, 2 of each now on a few of my rifles, and the overall winner by far imo is the B&C. If you like the boyds then by all means go for it, this is a personal/fitment type of thing. For me the boyds pro varmint was still a bit too thick/fat in key spots, chiefly around the lower grip/front of the back part of the stock. It was hard to have a good purchase and I have big hands. The b&c on the other hand, feels great there, and points and tracks like a great stock should.
Down in that palm-grip area of the boyds pv I had to put some sticky tape on, so my hands wouldn't slip. And up on the fore end too.
No problems at all with the B&C.
I started with the pv but now that I've switched I doubt if I go there again... unless Bell doesn't have something for my next project. But even then I'll probably use the boyds prairie or the classic, not the pv.
btw the at-one is even chunkier... tried that one too.
