Earlier post said 20" BA barrel...
Which is smokin'! I've got a 95 Vmax in 6.5 Gr dialed in at 2800 ft/s, in a 20" barrel. Nice shooting load.

I have spent far too many hours trying to true Quickload. To adjust ba/bullet weight to match velocity the pressure rises to the level where it would be visible. There are no pressure signs at all, no change in primer shoulders, no cratering, no ejector marks. Thoughts?

Thoughts? 31 grains of CFE223 is hot if you extrapolate 6mm PPC (smaller case) and 6mm BR Remington data (bigger case) . Go to Hodgdons website and look at CFE 223 data for the 6mm BR Remington - 32 grains for 90s with 24" velocity just over 2900 and 30 grain max for 100s

Hard to extrapolate those with them topping at lower pressures. I will try to model off of them with actual ARC volumes and see if that changes anything.

Best I can calibrate 30.0 grains of CFE 223 with the 95 classic Hunter is ~53k PSI. Backed down to their and it grouped at 5/8 and confirmed the 2,808 FPS. The 108s with LVR have better performance down range so I am going to stick with that for now.
