Help! Looking for this target

I was at my range a couple of days ago and found this target on a backer at one of the rifle ranges. My Google-fu is weak; I can't seem to find this for sale anywhere or find a .pdf of the target. It's a 6" bullseye on 8.5 x 11 inch paper. It has data fields on the bottom for recording shot data. It might be a Border Patrol or Homeland Security target but there is no identifying form number on it. Does anyone know where I could get this target?

That would be great. What caught my eye was the white 3" bulleye. It's so much easier to hits on white than on black. Secondly, I like the fact that it's on 8.5 by 11 paper. Easy target storage for reference. Lastly the data fields are nice.

Hi, great job, but could you change the black rings to grey? Black or any solid color on printable targets use up way too much ink. Maybe a hatch pattern? I am no expert with AutoCAD, but if you have went this far, tweeking it should be easy.

This just what I have been looking for some time now. I am starting a three ring binder where I can keep my targets for future reference and this one is the cats meow. Anybody figure out where it came from?

Ha! What I use the most now is a 1 inch square cut out in an old credit card and a magic marker. Included in our range fee is one free target and I get a big one, turn it backwards and put 1 inch squares on it.

heres a couple i use, one has 1/10 mil lines with .5 mil highlighted
the other is in 1/4"

Great, thank you. It is hard to find Mill targets. My rifle scope is graduated in Mils so it takes some mental gymnastics to use standard targets as feedback for adjustments while shooting.

Even if the original is not you can increase and decrease the size of the document on the printer scale.

i did say it was 1/4"
but yeah i knew it was 1/4" and 1"
if you like i an make it in 1.047 and 1/4 increments
