16" Barrel reloads

We've been discussing OBT and OCW in the reloading section, and there are people on here with experience using these concepts for their load development, with quantifiable results posted. You can clearly see when you find accuracy nodes with your blaster/cartridge/load combo, but what is it that makes the groups shrink?

OBT and OCW seem to answer much of this phenomenon.

the OBT/OCW conversations have been, at minimum, completely enlightening-really good stuff. I also need to get a better handle on same, but I'm going to try to employ them in all of my load development from here out. Will try to post my results, as well, as will be from 24" 8.75 twist Satern, so not same criteria as others of similar length, but different twist. Which gets me to wondering how much influence twist rate will have in same length barrels/different twist. Anyone have experience with this comparison?
