The powder may be more dense than water , therefore it won't take up as much space.Comment

Most powders IIRC have slightly less density than H2O, although close... 0.99-ish just off the top of my (aging!!) head..."Down the floor, out the door, Go Brandon Go!!!!!"Comment

No one should load their cartridges this way. If we're going to be posting unicorn-ish, previously unheard of data; and claiming to have discovered the magic sauce that apparently the entirety of the reloading community that is part of Grendel fandom has been so far unable (and for good reasons unwilling) to find - then we've fallen far gents and gentles.
Drop tube aside, there's no way you're getting what you claim. And to prove it you'd need more than a keyboard and target pictures. Longtube, take your coconut halves, and ride away.
