Hey guys, finally back from a long hiatus of shooting and reloading due to life.
Anyways, I purchased a 12" and an 18" group buy barrel quite a while. I did shoot the 12" with some handloads. Shot terrible, but probably because it was the first rounds on that barrel and the loads were not really for it. anyways:
Did some load development this weekend at the range.
This is with the 18" Group buy barrel and bolt.
Temp: 62deg F, Humidity: 93% and Baro: 30.02
Speeds were from a Magnetospeed Sporter
No crimp on any of these loads. Shoudl I add a slight crimp?

Any suggestions on how to tighten up the CFE loads? Longer or shorter OAL?
I believe I will no longer use CFE223. Looks like the first two are the way to go. Funny how the heavier bullet takes a heavier charge, but as you can see on the target (top two targets) the did great except for the flyer. ( I actually know I pulled those) Sucks because I have a lot of CFE223. I guess CFE for my 556 AR plinking round.
