For the switch you can use three layers of Corflute; the middle layer is the insulator between two sheets of metal fly screen or Alfoil style insulation cladding also works. As the bullet scrapes through and against the two layers of fly screen it completes the circuit.
As an aside, it also works great for remotely detonating IEDs. Just FYI.
