I can't believe I haven't noticed this until now. And I'm even more astonished that I didn't know about the shooting park, considering I grew up about 30 minutes from it. My grendel will be out on loan or I would head up! I'll be up the next weekend to visit family and will for sure have to check it out. Too bad I'll miss everyone!!

This thread is hard to read. I wont be able to attend this class because of a work related schedule change. I know this is going to be one of those class courses a person will have a challenging yet great time. I would have enjoyed shooting with many of the G horde that will be attending. Please post pictures and hopefully this wont be a one time event. If I sound like a winy baby its because I am right now, I RRRRRRRRealy wanted to go to this! Dang!!!!!!!

Thanks for the offer bwaites, but I'm afraid I'm going to have to sit this one out. I'm already taking two days off work the next weekend to head up and help a family member move, so no time off. If this turns into an annual thing I'll definitely be there next time

I'm just coordinating with the catering right now. What are your preferences? We have:

* BBQ ribs
* Teriyaki chicken
* Lasagna
* Fresh Burgers made from scratch
* Chicken Marsala
* Turkey Sandwiches
* Roast beef sandwiches
* Ham Sandwiches

* Apple or peach cobblers
* Fudge brownies
* Apple pie

I'm leaning to BBQ ribs myself for one day, and maybe lasagna for another. I started salivating listening to the menu myself.

So I got lured into the menu, and here's how it will go down:

Ribs, dutch oven potatoes, corn, apple cobbler for Day 1 lunch
Tamales, Mexican rice, salad, dessert Day 2 lunch
Lasagna, bread sticks, salad, dessert Day 3 lunch

If we want, the place will open early for us for breakfast in town, and they have a mean, fresh made breakfast with omelets, pancake batter French toast, pancakes, toast, hash browns, etc.
