Absolutely!!! I just have a run of the mill psa free float upper that I swapped the barrel out on.

I hope it's OK to link it here. This makes it look much less daunting than I always thought. I just purchased one of these barrels and it should arrive here on Tuesday. That's some extreme speed! Anyway, this will be my first build and I'm excited to get started.

after some initial problems with the build, not the fault of the barrel, i had a very good group today at 400 yards. 2 7/8" using hornady sst's. very happy with it.

I emailed them and asked. They said next year. I'm hoping they meant January but at this point I'm going to buy whatever 16" relatively light weight barrel I can find in stock first. Whether that's a Monster barrel, BA fluted barrel, or Faxon Gunner Profile barrel depends on who gets some more out first. I'd like to have it by 20 January. From emailing different manufacturers it seems like 6.5 Grendel is getting pushed back so companies can make 6mm ARC stuff.

Next batch of 16s is pushing into Spring, unfortunately.

6mmARC 20s and Mk136 (Type 2) bolts due early January.

6mmARC 12s and 6.5 Grendel 12s due mid-February.

Too much craziness....
